Leo Lin
Dr. Leo Lin is a researcher with the Consortium of Indo-Pacific Researchers. He is also an assistant professor at Ming Chuan University in Taiwan and an affiliated fellow at the University of Glasgow, UK. Previously, he was a visiting scholar at the Department of International and Strategic Studies, University of Malaya, Malaysia, and the Co-Chair for the Intelligence and Information Warfare Discussion Group at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, Washington, D.C. Additionally, he serves as an editor at several academic journals and as a senior commissioning editor with E-International Relations. Dr. Lin has published numerous articles in scientific journals, conference proceedings, book chapters, and policy papers. He has also co-edited two books on unconventional security. He received a Ph.D. from the School of Social Sciences and Global Studies at the University of Southern Mississippi, USA. His research focuses on grand strategy, civil defense, civil-military relations, information warfare, national resilience, and non-traditional security issues in the Indo-Pacific region.
