Rachel Cicilia

Rachel is an undergraduate student at Ritsumeikan APU in Japan, majoring in International Relations and Peace Studies. She aspires to contribute to peace and development, especially in the Southeast Asian region. As a project manager in several social media initiatives and a content creator for youth-friendly publications of public policy analyses, she always works with a great desire to empower the youths to think critically about issues. Rachel is most excited to gain hands-on experience working in a think-tank through this internship.

Edmund Harty

Edmund Harty is an Oregon native and was raised in the beautiful Willamette Valley, the heart of Oregon wine country. He graduated Patrick Henry College in May of 2022 summa cum laude with a B.A. double majoring in Strategic Intelligence and Government with a political philosophy emphasis. Post his summer internship he is pursuing M.A. in Security Studies in Georgetown University.
